This is a classic intermediate/advanced Squamish trail ride. It can be ridden in an hour if you are hammering and know where you are going, but if you are taking your time and looking at your Trailforks app give yourself 2ish hours or more if you are just out to have a mellow ride.
The climbing in this ride is all fairly low grade with the exception of the 50 Shades of Green Part 2 which is a bit steeper, but very doable. The descents in this loop are super fun. As an intermediate rider you might find a few sections a bit challenging, especially on Rupert (the Tazer option in Rupert is slightly easier with fewer rock features). Advanced riders will find themselves hunting for more speed as feel the flow of classic Squamish goodness! Finishing on Rollercoster will leave anyone in your group searching for high fives at the trails exit.
**For a shorter ride, skip Man Boobs and climb up Tracks from Hell and just ride Rupert.
