Barberchair Trail Details
Serves as nature hike trail between area of Cabin Village and the Dairy Creek West camp/amphitheater.
This multi-use trail was originally an logging road within industrial timber land where Stub Stewart State Park was later built (opened in 2007). Built by contract labor under direction of park trail ranger. The middle section was re-routed to improve character and flow by Northwest Trail Alliance volunteers (Fall 2016 it was converted from wide road into a more enjoyable single-track nature trail).
