Currently the "outer loop" of the Lac du Bois - Batchelor grasslands riding area. Climb up and out on double track and single track to the Northwest corner and then cruise back downhill through some fast open gullies and rolling single track fun.

A nice gradual climb up with a rewarding view along the back side. You'll find a great series of berms around the 4 km mark on your way down. The Big Horn is a nice addition to what is already a flowy desert bike. Often times, Batchelor Heights will be the only local trail system around Kamloops that will not be shrouded in Autumn cloud for your morning ride. Bring your thermos of coffee, and enjoy the sun on your face as you look out across the Thompson and down onto Kamloops Lake.
