extremely fun trail... lots of fast riding, bits and peices of downhill, a few man made jumps, lots of pump type trails, a few climbs that can be difficult for some,, great enduro portions. the track is very well kept and is the main spot fr the city of columbia. the trail go by a creek and the duck river.. great for hardtail sport bikes and full suspension. a few rock gardens to add challenge.. about a 7.5 mile loop with great scenery... there are some portions for more experienced riders but most of the trail can be riden by anyone. the first mile is filled with downhill and winding pump turns with a few rollercoaster hills and jumps, the next two miles are more enduro and uphill, then the last 4.5 mile are a mixture of it all. Again it is full of fun and very well maintained.
the beginning of the trail is the first left into the park down a gravel hill. the second starting point is one mile down the main road near the duck river.
