A short trail section that takes you right to the base of Fairy Creek Waterfall, and is a very beautiful spot. Be aware of many hikers on this trail, and the trail gets permanently drenched from the creek and the waterfall, so it is always slippery. You can walk across a small stream to get right to the base of the waterfall, and a trail heads up to the right of it to climb to the top. If you feel like a hike a bike, drag your bike up the trail that is on the right before the stream, for a quick run down the Mt Proctor trail and back to where you turned off for the waterfall.

Access Info

Follow directions for Fairy Creek trail, either from Visitor Centre or Fairy Creek entrance. Up over the metal cattle guard about 0.6km from the start, and then head up a little further until the well-beaten trail. Turn left and head down here, crossing Far Side and Swine Flu. After a short section of down after the "More Cowbell" sign on the left where Swine Flu crosses, the Fairy Creek Trail splits into the waterfall to the left and Mt Proctor trail to the right.
