Jabberwocky is a local favorite. It is a great hard alternative to the Lower section of Caterpillar and BTI. It starts where Caterpillar crosses the Ashland Loop Rd and stays on the west side of the road. It starts with a nice gap jump to a log drop. The trail will offer twisty flowing sections filled with numerous log drops, jumps, several double jumps, and very skinny sections. Near the end of the trail there is a rock face to ride down, although there is an alternate line to the left. After the rock face there are two very steep and tight switchbacks that are usually heavily rutted. The end of the trail has a small but formidable rock face to navigate. It ends on a flat section of trail that leads back to the exit of BTI.
