This middle section of Mid-Mountain is probably the most rocky section. Most of the Mid Mountain trail is smooth and flowing. Not particularly fast unless you pedal hard in most places. This is a sun exposed section that reveals the rocks underneath, and provides a bit of tech in an otherwise smooth flowing trail
