Although Red Tape is one of the most heavily travelled, downhill direction trails in Lacamas Park, it is still NOT a one way trail. Don't assume it's all clear. Watch your speed and the blind corners. Please yield right of way to uphill traffic and understand that there are a lot of people who use this as an uphill option. Avoid during wet season when conditions get bad.
