Climb : The only way up via single track. It sucks; but is rideable.
Descend : Fast. Some minor sidehill. Rocks. Roots.
There is a section in the middle where Cows End merges. This creates some options as there is a rooty washout to your left or straight to Cows End that has left hand turn and it takes you to some wood features that double back onto Sidewinder.
Don't drink the water at this area, the smell should clue in all but the thirstiest of individuals (black swamp/poo)
There is a rock roll feature on Rusty on the East side of the trail, this is Sidewinder. If coming from top, follow Rainbow (North) until you hit a barely visible 3-way intersection. Head down (right) and enjoy.
