People ride this and it is designated as trail that allows bikes, but it is a very difficult ride. Some parts are really rocky, difficult to even hike on the south side. Once the trail drops over the saddle it starts down towards the dam it is some nice singletrack. A bit narrow in places, since the trail is used more for hiking, but bikes are OK. It eventually drops you onto access roads at a couple places that are used for Brighton Ski Resort.
