Up'N'Down is a short trail that runs in and out of a dried up creek bed as well as having a short loop thats comes off it roughly in the middle. Features a bridge and a skinny. Best when being descended and not ascended.

Access Info

Starts at the end of Twisty Misty or just off to the side of the waterway, 200-300 meters from the Butcher St Parking Area heading towards the Cousins St parking area
