They sold me a bike that was too small for me, telling me that an XL or 22" was as big as bikes came. Sent me away with a seat post that was up as far as it could go but still way too low. Ive since learned better and now have a proper size bike. A good shop would have acknowledged that they could not help me and should have tried to steer me to someone that could. Instead these guys had to make a sale even if it wasn't the right bike for the customer. Shame on them. They got one purchase out of me. They could have had many more. One star cause I can't choose zero stars.
If you asked for a test ride you wouldve seen that the bike was too small, you shouldve used your judgment and asked for a bike that would suit you better. Thats not the shops fault.
The best bike shop in the Fraser Valley and the repairs are fast and at a great price and they do a good job. They are super friendly and helpful when ever you come in. But they don't have a good selection of DJ's but a great selection of DH, XC, BMX, and cruisers, etc. Overall my favorite bike shop out there!
