 This review is just concerning shop knowledge of the mechanics. I had an issue with ghost shifting under suspension activation [full susp] that their mechanics spent a lot of time on trying to sort out believing it had to be a bent derailluer, hanger, or chain length. When I left, they charged me a token amount since they didn't fix it...and I appreciated the discount. However, the next day I went for a ride with a friend at Lebenon Hills and he diagnosed the correct problem in short order...the cable housing passing under the bottom bracket being too short so it pulled the cable when the rear suspension bottomed. 3 stars for courteous effort.
