 Top notch service and incredible pricing. They took my bike from completely unridable to almost brand new! Yeah I agree they lost some good mechanics when norco bought them out but they got some damn good new ones to replace them

 The mechanics are mostly a bunch of high-school kids who don't know what they're doing and have an elitist attitude.
