This is mostly a roadie shop... I went hunting for a Giant Reign for my girl-friend and asking the floor guys big bike questions was like a foreign language to them.
I'll agree with GoingOffRoading. Last couple times I went in here to inquire about Kona mountain bikes the guy behind the counter told me "I'm not a mountain biker, you'll have to come back later"
