Welcome to the Laurel Highland Off (& On) Road Bicycling Association (LHORBA). We are dedicated to promoting the sport of non-motorized cycling in the Laurel Highlands region of western Pennsylvania. Regardless of riding abilities or styles, LHORBA promotes responsible and safe riding.
LHORBA hosts several scheduled rides each year in the Laurel Highlands as well as facilitates many wonderful riding opportunities throughout the region. Club members will meet new friends, and possibly find some new riding buddies along the way.
