Tech Dev Pro XCT
Race Details:

The Tech Dev Pro XCT will be held May 12-14 at Soldier Hollow, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics, in Midway, UT. Featuring USA Cycling sanctioned events for all ages and abilities, with the addition of UCI C2 sanctioning for elites and 17-18 year old juniors. Besides just cross country racing, the weekend will be full of other activities not limited to; skills courses for juniors & U23, short track races, a banquet, and mother’s day pancake breakfast presented by Kodiak Cakes.

As a Mountain Bike Technical Development Series event, juniors and U23 athletes will also participate for an overall award over the weekend made up of the cross country, short track and skills events. To make things simple and encourage participation, there will only be one registration fee for the weekends races.

Payout for the Tech Dev Pro XCT UCI categories will near $5,000 with an even split for men and women. To provide additional support for U23’s athletes in their transition into elites, they have the potential to get paid twice. Once for their standings in the elite XC, and again for their standings in the U23 weekend overall.
