Hill of Fare Enduro 2017
A mountain biking race for riders aged thirteen and over is taking place in the Hill of Fare area, near Banchory Aberdeenshire on Sunday 1st October. It will follow the common 'blind Enduro' format with just racing on Sunday from 0900 - 1700hrs.
The course is approx. 25km long and includes 5 timed downhill stages. Positions in each category will be based on the cumulative time for all stages. The event will be supported by route marshals and an emergency medical response team. It is being run in association with Forestry Commision Scotland and Dunecht Estates.
The event will be based out of the Show Field in Echt, which will have catering, toilets and free parking. The event village is around 1km away from the off road trails. Registration will take place at the event village from 0800.
Please note that no overnight camping or alcohol will be allowed in the event village.
