Jackrabbit Trail Work Day event

Winter will be here before you know it. Join us for a day of trail maintenance on the Jackrabbit Ski Trail. We're working between McKenzie Pond Rd and the top of the pass. Projects include repairing a bridge, adding new bog bridging to improve hiker use, and cleaning drainages.

Meet at McKenzie Pond Rd trail head at 9am. Please carpool, parking is very limited. BETA will supply all tools. Come prepared for a day in the backcountry with sturdy footwear, warm clothing and work gloves, food and water. Work sites are 2-6 miles round trip from the parking lot.
