Group Ride Details:
That's right, this weeks Wednesday Night Ride is big enough to deserve it's own event page.
Why?!? Because we are riding Bacon Hill at Night!
As of Thursday evening Mahoosuc Pathways, Inc.'s minions are just a few yards short of having the climb touch down. By Wednesday the climb will be ready to go, the descent will be freshly leafblown, and new thrills will be ready to be had.
As it's a new trail, we will start riding at 5:30 so those who want to see the trail with some depth perception can get a chance.
Can't make it that early?
YOU ARE DOOMED TO NEVER HAVE BACON AGAIN.
Actually, the loop comes right by the parking lot, so late arrivals can join the party train as it rolls through the station again around 6 or 6:30. Choo, choo.
Lights will be necessary after the first lap, but if you don't have lights come anyways and you can probably beg, borrow, or steal a set for a lap or two.
So, have you pondered what happens when the Gould and Bethel Village Trails are left alone too long? How a trail can be challenging and friendly at the same time? If you can ride bikes without the day-star in the sky? Well come on out to Bacon Hill and find out on Wednesday.
