In partnership with the Ozark Off-Road Cyclists, the IMBA Arkansas Trail Crew will be hosting a Trail Building and Maintenance School on Saturday January 20th in Red Star, Arkansas.
This educational opportunity will be an introduction into the basics of trail building and trail maintenance. The day will include a 3 hour educational session followed by an afternoon of trail building and maintenance. Lunch will be included for those attending.
We'll start the morning off at the Headwaters School in Red Star, Arkansas. Red Star is about 50 miles east of Fayetteville on Hwy 16. Shortly after reaching the Red Star city limits (there is a sign), you'll make a left on County Rd 3605. A ball field with a chain link fence and the school house will be immediately visible on your left after you make the turn.
Please wear appropriate clothing for being outside (around 4 hours )including sturdy shoes and gloves. Also, please bring hydration for the afternoon.
If you have additional questions about the class you may email [email protected] or [email protected]
We hope to see you in Red Star
