Epic Israel event

Ford Epic Israel, a 3 day MTB stage race, S1 UCI stage race.
Designated for mountain bike riders that love the hours on the saddle, the spectacular views of nature and challenged by the long routes.
The race routes change from year to year to give the rider a challenging, versatile and balanced route, usually between 75 to 110 km per day and the big challenge is to finish and within the time limit.
Additionally Ford Epic Israel offers a one day marathon in 3 distances – short, medium and long. This exciting one day marathon event occurs on the last day of the 3 day tour and combined with the new "finishers", their families and supporters, bring Ford Epic Israel to its peak joy and rewarding moments.
The race village, in which the competitors will stay for the 3 days is located in Hotel Ya'arim(201 in the center of Israel, in Mate Yehuda council region.
It has all the facilities for both the basic and luxurious needs of the riders during the 3 day event.
The race is FULL BOARD; the registration package includes full nutrition support – meals off the bike together with professional race nutrition package. The race village offers several accommodation options so every rider can choose the one that is right for him.
Ford Epic Israel is a memorial event for Giora Tsachor who died in an accident during one of his morning rides. Giora's heritage of completing successfully and professionally unique challenges and targets combined with love for nature and Israel, is embodied in the event and its unique character
Ford Epic Israel is committed to provide a full support to participants from registration all the way through finish line, to assist with the preparation to this unique challenge and to create optimal conditions for registered riders to finish as proud "finishers".
