Hub-a-Palooza 2018 Double Down Hoe Down and The People's Enduro
Race Details:

Hub-a-Palooza is a 3 day mountain bike festival that takes place at Beacon Hill (Camp Sekani) in Spokane, WA. Past participants would tell you that it is one of the BEST ways to start off your race season. With events going all day long, a schedule allowing riders to compete in all events if they so choose, you won’t find yourself sitting around for hours waiting for your start time.

This is our 5th Hub-a-Palooza, but our 10th year putting on this event at Beacon Hill. Over the years we have watched this event and the trail system that it operates on, flourish… We are excited to share some new trail developments with you, and show you why people make Beacon Hill a destination for riding nearly year-round.

This event will now be a two day race for everyone except beginner racers! A lot of racers asked for more riding, and we are happy to provide that… All sport/expert/pro racers should expect 2000-2500 feet of climbing per day, but the race will start off early enough

Courses will be announced 2 weeks before the race. But are subject to change.

April 6, 2018 – Practice all day, and late registration and plate pickup from 12-5
April 7, 2018 – Sport/Expert/Pro plate pick up is at 8am, riders meeting at 8:45am, race start 9am. Results and live timing during race.
April 8, 2018 – Beginner plate pickup at 8am, race start at 9am. Results and live timing during race, awards after final racer.

We use a fly-through-finish RFID timing system and we will have live results for 2018 thanks to Verizon.
Max # of entries is 200, there will be NO registration on the day of event.

This is our 10th year putting on this race! A milestone that we are super proud to be hitting! Come celebrate with us.

The downhill race season is back upon us, and we’ll be kicking it off at Beacon in Spokane, WA again for 2018! We thought the Double Down had died in 2013, but it turns out that we had more life to live… This classic 2 day downhill event will be accompanied by an enduro race and a few other events during the same weekend!

Two days of downhill racing, two different courses, double the fun.

April 6, 2018 – Practice from 12-5pm, late registration/check in from 12-5pm.
April 7, 2018 – Practice from 8-12:00pm, race at 1pm. Late registration/check in from 8am – 10am.
April 8, 2018 – Practice from 8-11am, race at 12pm. Late registration/check in from 8am-10am.
Awards and prize raffle will take place immediately after race is complete.
