Santa Cruz Andes Pacifico 2019
Race Details:

The Santa Cruz Andes Pacifico Enduro has earned an important place in terms of stage Enduro races, beyond a race is a challenge against your limits. Further than a challenge is an unforgettable experience which becomes part of yourself when you complete the journey. More than a simple experience is #TheExperienceOfALifetime.

For 2019 we choose the best trails of the last years and the Enduro World Series 2018, where was the Parvazo who won the Trail Of The Year 2018, prize given annually to the best track of the entire season of the Enduro World Series, chosen by the riders themselves. On the other hand there will be news near the coast, new trails and even more altimetry await us.

As usual, when we get closer to the Pacific, we have a drastic change in conditions and tracks. The journey will go from antigrip to forest terrains where the most complete riders will stand out. As is the norm in all editions, expect long and epic trails with EWS level, unique landscape and unforgettable places.

The Race routes* will be published on February 18th - the first day of the event - at 5pm (Chile time).

(*Except the route from the last day that will be published on the previous day at night)

Sorry mate, most of the trails are not open to public and some have access only through private areas where the owners asked us not to advertise. We have been working to be sure to have all the oficial permits for the race and in that be able to ride this places. Some have gained public access and developed like the ski resorts that now open every summer to riders. But we have to be extra cautions with other places to keep having their support to do this race. Hope you all understand!

Hola Jonathaj. While your reasons are totally respectul to the land owners that let you ride their places, I don't think you're being entirely transparent about your reasons as, for example, PE 5, 6 and 7 from day 2 in the Cordon of the Spaniards (2020 edition) while being private are of open access to the public. It is a place that have been used for decades by hikers, dirtbikers and mountainbikers, so I don't see the reason for not making some of these courses available to the public.
My regards.

I think by publishing this courses that do not enter in conflict with land owners you'd be doing a great service in improving the big mountain local scene, instead of keeping it to yourselves. Andes Pacifico is a much biggerl, holistic experience than just riding a course, so yo shouldn't be afraid. What you've created is phenomenal and a thing to be both joyous and proud about. Keep the great work y liberense un par de trails para la gente que esta empezando a mover la escena del big mountain. Saludos.
