EVENT CANCELLED DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS
Hunter Mountain Bike Association is having a build day on Sunday the 12th February. This will be the final push to get to and through the new tunnel on the outward bound track, which will also allow the upcoming Rocky Trail 24 hour to use this brand new piece of track in the race.
Many hands will make light work of the track building as the area is already cleared with bridges installed, so all that needs to happen is for the actual track to be cut in and shaped.
Meet at the bottom of the downhill track from 7.30am,We will be out there for approximately 3 to 4hrs, So even if you can only spare an hour come out and join in.
PS, don't forget to bring your bike so that you can test ride the brand new track that you just finished building!!
All you will require is, Sturdy footwear, Gloves, insect repellent, sun protection and a mattock or McLoud style tool.
Hope to see you all there next Sunday (that's right - next weekend).
