lake.bike is going to open two new mountain bike trails , which have been built in the former ski area Baumgartnerhöhe at lake Faak.
Biking the region Villach - Faaker See - Ossiacher See is a must do for all mountainbikers of the Alps-Adriatic region. Beside the six existing single trails the, two new flow trails Flowgartner & Lowgartner are going to be opened on 25 th & 26th of May. All trails are embedded in the northern side of the Karawanken and were built in to melt in with nature and what is most important: all levels of difficulties are represented. This variety of trails is attracting more and more children, beginners and professionals to the region around the beautiful lake Faaker See.
The opening program includes mountainbike workshops, „bike and yoga“, children and family program, climbing courses, the uphill challenge at „the hill climber“, lake.bike “bunny-hopp” competition and a party with DJ including a great view over the lake and typical Carinthian food.
