Series
A one day event taking in some of the best remote trails in the Taita Hills, with many of the timed stages on technical and steep rocky descents.
We’ll be shuttling to the start and from the end, so all riders should make arrangements for their own shuttles or be prepared for a long day in the saddle. There are a few spots in our car available on first come basis, and if you bring your own car we can arrange shuttle drivers locally.
We’ll be staying in Wundanyi where there are lots of accommodation options, event HQ is at Taita Rocks Hotel, rooms from 2000/.
There will be a group recce of all the stages on the Friday, and afterwards we will be able to ride some of the other great trails in the area which aren’t part of the race course.
The route is pretty remote and there will not be any water stops or aid stations on the route, so please ensure you are self sufficient with nutrition and bike maintenance - water, snacks, multitool, puncture repair, cash, etc.
