ASC stands for Alison’s Skate Class, a new offering this winter.  Geared towards the intermediate and above skier, this class is skate only and will help you refine your skate technique and get faster through fun, progressive intensity workouts designed specifically to help you go faster with less effort.  Perfect for preparing you for the Ski to the Sun or any adventure ski  Group size is limited to 12 skiers.

Membership: Weekly classes and training groups are one of the perks of membership in Methow Valley Nordic.  All FIT participatns must be Methow Valley Nordic members.  Family memberships are included in registration for our season-long competitive youth programs (Methow Valley Nordic Team, Methow Valley Biathlon), or you can purchase an individual or family membership via Skireg.

Trail Passes: All of our instruction activities take place on Methow Trails' network of groomed XC ski trails.  It is each participant's responsibility to have a valid trail pass.
