Godz. 09:00 – 10:00 – Obowiązkowa piesza inspekcja trasy przez zawodników
Godz. 10:00 – 15:00 – Obowiązkowy trening z zatrzymaniem
Godz. 15:00 – 16:00 – Trening non stop dla wszystkich zawodników
Niedziela 21.08.2022 r. :
Godz. 08:00 – odprawa służb zabezpieczających i wywieszenie list startowych w biurze zawodów
Godz. 09:00 – 11:30 – Trening dla wszystkich kategorii
Godz. 12:00 – 14:00 – Eliminacje
Godz. 14:30 – 16:30 – Finały
30 minut po zakończeniu finału – dekoracja zwycięzców
