- Promoter reserves right to make changes as needed to protect trails, improve the event and for pretty much any other reason he/she deems necessary.
- Event is Shine or Rain - Rain conditions may result in course alterations to protect trails where warranted. 
- DAY OF Registration is available if race is not sold out. Fees increase +$10 approx 1 week in advance
 

Refunds, Transfers, Deferrals


Once registered there are NO refunds
If race sells out (which is has the last three years), we will consider a transfer or deferral if we have someone on a waitlist with a $10 fee.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE THE RACE INSURANCE THAT IS OFFERED FROM THE REGISTRATION SITE.  This covers the good majority of reasons we get from emails as to why a racer is not able to race.

 8:00 AM -- Registration Opens

 9:30 AM -- Registration Closes

 9:45 AM -- Racer Meeting At Start

10:00 AM -- RACE START

12:00 PM -- Post Race Meal Begins

12:15 PM -- Short Course Awards

  1:30 PM -- Long Course Awards
