Refund, Deferrel and Transfer Policy

Once registered, TSE does not offer 100% refunds.  A 50% registration refund is available till February 15, 2023.  After 2/16/2023, there are no refunds for any reason by TSE.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE THE INSURANCE THAT IS OFFERED BY THE REGISTRATION SITE.  This should cover about 95% of the emails we get before the race asking for a refund (I.E. injuries, medical issue, etc.  Make sure to read through their information on what is covered under this insurance opportunity.  TSE has no control over insurance claims or refunds.)  If you register with the deposit program, you will need to purchase the insurance when you first register and once you pay your remaining balance.

If the race is sold out, and we have someone on a waitlist to take your place, we may consider a transfer to TSE2024 with a possible transfer fee.

CHOOSE YOUR LODGING Every entry includes a free campsite at TSEpic's Singletrack Summer Camp! During the registration process you can choose to updgrade to a spot for your RV or in one of the camp lodges.  For more thorough information on lodging, as well as other options in the area, visit our website.  LODGING IS FROM MONDAY, MAY 22, 2023, AT 3:00 PM TILL SUNDAY, MAY 28, 2023 AT 9:00 AM.

CHOOSE YOUR FOOD PLAN Breakfast and dinner will be included with your 2023 registration.  If you have a friend or family coming with you, don't forget some food for them.  Or you can eat on your own.  Folks in the Kriner, Kurtz, Eagle and Rimmey lodges can use those kitchens, and it’s not too far to head into town for a meal.

There are a few more questions during the registration process, to help make sure your time at TSEpic is as safe, and as fun, as possible. Much more information is available on our website. And you may contact us at any time to help answer questions that might come up.

Looking forward to seeing you at the 2023 Trans-Sylvania Mountain Bike Epic for our 12th Edition!
