Volunteer Roles: Please select one of the areas to help on the registration page. Job descriptions are listed as well as the time of your shift. 


This is a RAIN or SHINE event. Please come prepared.
Upon arrival, please check in with the race volunteer coordinator (Mike Logo) and receive your volunteer packet.
Please be at your assigned spot for the duration of your shift. If you need to leave your spot for any reason, you are responsible for having someone man your spot while you're away.
If you work the day, 2+hr, we will get you a food ticket. 
**COURSE RUN IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF JULY RACE. So that means DRIVEWAY CROSSINGS are reversed. Smithbridge rd entrance is now crossing #1 and Montchanin rd entrance (main entrance) is now #2**
Course Marshal spots for driveway crossing #2 (Montchanin) will get a 10x10 canopy tent. Driveway crossing #1 has shade coverage from trees, but at both locations chair(s) will be provided.
We'll be setting up the reg tent Wed-Thurs-Fri of race week, weather permitting. Help is welcomed.


Schedule of the day:


Race directors arrive on site ~6am ish... oh boy, it's early.
Registration opens ~7:15am
First race starts at 8am (endurance), follwed by 9am (Pro/Cat 1), 11am (Intermediate, Cat 2), 12:30pm (Beginner/Cat 3). 
Beer / Wine garden opens @ 10am-ish...or as soon as we can get that set up.
T-shirt sales - get set up right away. Anxious racers will want to pick up any pre-purchased sales before they race. Others will buy on the spot.
Things usually wrap up by 3pm - 3:30pm.
