Women's MTB Day
Group Ride Details:

Join your Clinch Valley Trail Alliance hosts Kailey, Kim and Lisa for some mountain biking fun on the trails of Haw Ridge Park in Oak Ridge. Two *free* rides choices are available - Green & Blue.

Green ride option is on trails designated as "green" or "easiest" with a very short section of "blue" or "more difficult". We're here to help you learn some skills so we may stop and check out some sections of trail or features. This option is great if you are new to mountain biking, have never ridden at Haw Ridge or want a chill ride. 3-6 miles.

Blue ride option will start on "green" trails and progress to "blue". This is the perfect choice for those who have ridden at Haw Ridge or would like to tackle some roots and rocks. Up to 8 miles.

We'll meet at CVTA HQ located at the end of Old Edgemoor Road any time after 9am to be ready to hit the trails at 10am. We'll have folks on hand to give your bike a check over, assist with airing up your tires or lubing your chain.
All riders will start out on the Green Route and each group will have a rider leader and sweep so you never have to worry about losing your way.
All riders will return to CVTA HQ to socialize, refuel and rehydrate with snacks and drinks.
