Forest with both flat and hilly terrain. Former military field of practice, which have resulted in lots of dirt roads, trails and uncharted paths.
The forest is shared by runners, dog owners, horse riders, motocross riders, and other people.

      Primary Trail Type: Cross-Country
      Access Info:
There is several points to meet up, but one of the best is at the start of the running trail which easily accessed and got plenty of parking.

This region uses the Uk/Euro style trail grading system.
