Anderson Lake is a Washington State Park with a few miles of XC trails surrounding the lake. There is an inner loop that is hiking only, but the outer loop and old road bed is bicycle friendly. There is also a trail across the street from the entrance that has some more advanced technical features and a bit more gravity enhancements. Eventually, there is a planned extension of the Olympic Discovery Trail/Larry Scott Trail that will pass through the park, connecting it to Port Townsend and locations on the Western Olympic Peninsula.

There is an annual toxic algae bloom in the lake itself and several dogs have died after drinking the lake water. It's advised NOT TO BRING A DOG to the lake.
      Primary Trail Type: Cross-Country
