      All mtb trails are non permissive trails on private property, owned by the Bedford Estates.

      We please ask you do not ride any of the trails associated with the back wood / bow / church side.
      This area is private land and has never been permissive to riding.

      The land owners have been turning people away, which is their right given any riding in the area is trespassing. All trails have now been hidden to reduce conflict in the area.

      Any riding on the Back Wood trails may lead to trail destruction and further negative action.

      Please stick to the two trails of Woburn Bike Trails and multiple runs of Woburn Bike Park, which have been granted permission by the same landowner - both have details on Trailforks. These are the only trails that are permitted to be ridden under the Greensands Trust Cycle permit.

      The only riding is for the bridleway at the bottom of the hill which links two roads together
