The main entrance is across the gravel parking lot behind the Morrison YMCA. Currently two loops. The trail starts with the Flow Loop, a fast and flowy intermediate trail that can be enjoyed multiple times. After crossing the bridge and making a right at the shed, the Fields Loop starts on the left. This is a beginners trail that has a little bit of everything. An advanced section is in the works.
