Stunning scenery over Perth city, waterfalls, rivers, rapids, freight trains, kangaroos and goats "Bells" is something else. A natural wonderland with natural, advanced hand cut trails to match.
Located on the rim of the beautiful Swan Valley, the terrain of Mt Mambup features grass trees, eucalyptus, rocky outcrops and grassy plains. Seasonal wild flowers colour the trailsides. Due to the exposed landscape, get out early on the hottest days as shade is limited. But from autumn to spring, the area is green and lush.
Park near the Bell's rapids on Cathedral avenue and walk your bike across the footbridge before using the firetrails to access the Brutus climb, or park in the cul-de-sac of Copley Rd, pass through the foot-gate, turn left and ride up the firetrail to the heads of Jim's Mowing, Rapids Ahoy, Savage Bliss, Train Spotting and Macho Man descents.
