      Belmont regional park is a multi use, regionally owned, park incorporating a work farm. Uses include Mountain biking, walking, running and horse riding.

      Between mid August and Late October, some parts of the park may be closed for lambing.

      eBikes are welcome in the park on all trails.

      There are several entrances into the park. Most of the mountain biking trails are accessed via the top of Hill Road, in Belmont or at the end of Stratton Street in Mungaraki.
