      La location ospita dal 2007 la Scuola di Mountain Bike Prati di Tivo, che ha progressivamente creato un Bike Park di tutto rispetto utilizzando gli impianti di risalita. La scuola dispone anche di aree didattiche attrezzate dedicate ai principianti.
      Per il periodo estivo il Bike Park apre da fine maggio fino ad ottobre, mentre nel periodo invernale si va da dicembre ad aprile. In questo periodo innevato ci può divertire utilizando Fat bike anche a pedalata assistita e bici Plus con gomme da 3 pollici.
      Il Bike Park Prati di Tivo offre una cabinovia ed una seggiovia a sei posti, con 6 percorsi Down Hill con diversi gradi di difficoltà, si snodano dal pratone iniziale nel bosco con numerose curve, dossi e varianti che rendono la discesa molto piacevole ed emozionante. Oltre agli ostacoli naturali come pietre e gimkane tra gli alberi, ci sono diverse rampe in legno e appoggi dove divertirsi e migliorare il proprio stile di guida.
      Diversi itinerari coinvolgono le aree di Pietracamela ed Intermesoli, mentre le areee di Prato Selva e Campo Imperatore rimangono nettamente separate. Diversi percorsi All Mountain si snodano nella zona spingendosi sul versante teramano del Gran Sasso, ma normalmente non partono da Prati di Tivo, bensì dai paesi sottostanti.
