      Mountain biking is a great way to get outdoors and get some exercise If you are an off road enthusiast, check out the 15 miles of trail throughout Binder Park and the newly expanded 3 miles of trail at the Frog Hollow Nature Trail near the Edgewood greenway (access at the Edgewood Drive parking lot). The trails at Binder offer fun for all ages and ability levels while the Frog Hollow trails are for the more advanced rider. These trails are designed for non-motorized vehicles - ATV's and motorcycles are prohibited.
