SaveThis is part of the Agoura System in Santa Monica National Recreation Area. The Sheep Corral Trail is remote, and if you are riding it early in the morning, be prepared to be the only one out there for a few miles. Make sure to bring tools and be aware that there is no cell service.
The trails here offer progression and the climbs are all on fire roads except for some portions of the Sheep Corral Trail. After the initial climb on Palo Comado Canyon Trail, it is mostly flat for the rest of the time. There are lots of signs marking where you are.
