This trail region encompasses both Chip Ross Park and the Timberhill Natural Area. Both are located on the north side of Corvallis and are managed by City of Corvallis Parks&Recreation.

Wide "trails" that are essentially dirt roads lead from the main parking lot both clockwise and counterclockwise up to the top. From the top there are good views of the valley, coast range and the Cascades. All trails are multi-use with some seasonal designations. Generally best to avoid these trails when wet as they get quite muddy.

Parking access on Lester Ave, and trail access via the McDonald Forest to the north and west and the Timberhill Natural Area to the south. 29th St and surrounding neighborhood streets provide multiple routes of trail access through Timberhill Natural Area up the hill to Chip Ross.
      Primary Trail Type: Cross-Country
