SaveWith the guidance of IMBA, this trail network is well built and maintained thanks to the Hamilton Burlington Mountain Biking Association and the Hamilton Conservation Authority. The groomed trails them self are not overly technical, but what they lack in technical features they make up for with how well they flow. Currently there are 4 looped trails listed that add up to 10km. The trails are marked at most intersections, making them fairly easy to follow.
