SaveIn 2020 The Collins Family donated over 500 acres to Southeast Land Trust to create The Collins Family Forest. It is a rich, diverse woodland that stretches from the shores of Merrymeeting Lake to encompass Mount Molly and extends all the way to the trailhead at Devil’s Den. Largely within the Merrymeeting Lake Watershed, CFF includes the slopes and peak of Mount Molly. SELT and local stewards have cleared, blazed and made several reroutes to bypass steep slopes. More trails are planned to improve connectivity.
