In 2019 The Jersey Off-Road Bicycling Association (JORBA) hired Avid Trails to develop NJ's first public MTB only flow trails on the property formerly known as “Pfauth Tract” also referred to as the North of the Commons on the Wye Park or High Bridge Commons. Due to the pandemic work was delayed to the end of 2020. JORBA's High Bridge Commons Chapter currently maintains the trails.
