SaveThe Dean Stone area is the latest open space project from Five Valleys Land Trust. MTB Missoula is working with FVLT and The Nature Conservancy as well as other recreation groups such as Run Wild Missoula and Backcountry Hunters and Anglers to create a recreation plan for the area. When riding here, please pay attention to signs and routes as the property boundaries can be complicated and trespassing will only slow the project down. Dean Stone has a large existing road network, which the current trailbuilding is creating access to. The long term trails plan for the area has yet to be determined.
