A series of loop trails, explore the old growth cedar and hemlock forest along the Eagle River. Now upgraded to include new board walk, foot bridge, and series of 21 interpretive signs. Look for Salmon running up Yard Creek at the east end of the trails in September. Link these trails with a visit to the trails on the south side of the Highway at Yard Creek Park.

As of June 3, 2013 High water in yard creek has caused flooding at the north end of the Eagle River nature trails. As a result, the 4thloop is currently impassable.

Jul 30 2014: Only one trail clear of trees after last weeks storm; Use the entrance to park off frontage road past Cedars Campground going East, but before the Yard Creek bridge. There is only a small sign up in the trees with a hiker on it and some orange flagging tape at trail head. Clearing of other trails is under way.

Travel approx 13 km east of Sicamous on Hwy 1 to the west end of the 4-lane section near Malakwa. Turn left onto the north frontage road and drive for approx 300 meters parallel to the highway before turning right into an old gravel pit. The parking area is near the entrance sign and trail map.
