      The only three trail areas that allow mountain biking are on the Menzies Trail and East Canyon Trail (shared with horseback and hikers) and the Eric Dunning Trail.

      The FVMBA is working with BC Parks to create greater riding opportunities which will hopefully be coming in the next few years.
