Provincial park (park pass needed in summer months for car access). Only a few minutes away from the world famous Grand Beach (big sandy beach) and community of Grand Marias where a few restaurants can be found.

A popular destination for XC skiing in winter and hiking and mountain biking in the summer.

About a one hour drive north of Winnipeg on HWY 59 (also marked as HWY 12 where the HWY narrows from 4 to 2 lanes). Watch for Grand Beach Exit signs and take fork to left at about 5k to go). Large gravel parking lot. Outhouse, no running water.

A couple popular loops that are about 6-7 km. MTB Loops are presently unmarked but most single track trails are well ridden and easy to spot off the main double track system. There are maps posted that show that double track trails and where you are, but the single track trails don't appear on these maps.

Double track trails with many single track trails cut for mountain biking. Trails are a mix of packed dirt, loose over hard, and sand. There are a couple rock garden features that can fairly easily walked over if need be.
